Fatiha is a recent client of Al Karama, participating for only eight months. She learned about their microcredit program from a friend who was participating. Fatiha rents dresses, chairs and other items needed for weddings. She helps the bride prepare with beautiful dresses, jewelry and henna. Fatiha used her loan from Al Karama to turn convert a room in her house into a shop with its own entrance.  She uses the increased profit from her shop to help her husband, who is a waiter, pay the bills.
