Gawrab has been in business for fifteen years, and took his first loan from FONDEP twelve months ago. He learned about FONDEP’s microcredit program through FONDEP’s door to door promotions. He is a tailor and upholsterer who learned his craft at a trade school and inherited his shop from his family. Gawrab invests the loan capital he receives from FONDEP in additional materials to increase his sales. He is currently employing three people.
