The following stories illustrate the powerful impact that microfinance has had on the lives of small-scale entrepreneurs throughout the region. These entrepreneurs are all clients of MFIs that are partners of the Grameen – Jameel and have benefited from the Initiative in terms of financing, technical support , training, and other learning opportunities. The Initiatives’ support to these MFIs has enabled them to expand their outreach, increase their sustainability, and deepen their capacity to better serve their clients and improve the livelihoods of the working poor.
